We understand the importance of your wedding day, and we will work with you to make it a memorable day, not only for you, but for your guests as well. 

We take our responsibilities seriously and will provide entertainment services, delivered in a courteous, professional manner.  The Arch Rivals Company is a sole-proprietorship, so you will receive prompt, personal service at a reasonable price.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, and we will work with you to guarantee that your event is a success!  In addition to providing music and entertainment, we will also serve as the emcee for the evening and coordinate any special events, such as toasts or special announcements.

 
 
 

Traditional Wedding Package

Our Traditional Wedding Reception Package includes four hours of continuous entertainment, a professional sound system, a light show for added excitement, a mirror ball for slow dances, a wireless microphone, plus early arrival and equipment set-up, a planning meeting to discuss all the details of your event, and your choice of DJ style. There are NO hidden fees or costs!

The Arch Rivals Company will have many duties at your wedding reception. We will entertain your guests with as much interactivity as you desire, and just as importantly, we will help coordinate the your reception with you, and work with the other vendors in attendance to ensure everything goes smoothly.

 

  
 

Music Selection

We give our clients full control over the music selection.  That means you can choose only specific songs to be played, or allow us to play party favorites and guest requests along with your selections.

Our music library contains over 6,000 titles, and is all digital, so you will have the best sound quality possible.  We carry a wide variety of titles, ranging from Frank Sinatra to Lady Gaga.  However, all of the music we play will be appropriate for your event.  We only carry radio versions of today's Top 40 songs, so you'll never have to worry about profanity or vulgar content.

Event Planning

Because no two weddings are the same, The Arch Rivals Company customizes your event from beginning to end.  From the introduction of the Wedding Party to the final song of the night, you will have complete control over everything.

At your Wedding Reception planning meeting, about two weeks before your reception, we will review all of the details and special instructions regarding your event, as well as answer any questions you might have.  We will also discuss your customized event timeline, pronunciations of names, special dances, activities and announcements.

Working with The Arch Rivals Company, you won't have to worry on the night of your reception.  You will be able to relax and enjoy your celebration!
